All Sophie Theakston jewellery is made by Master Craftsmen using 18kt gold and precious and semi-precious stones that are often selected specifically for their naturally occurring inclusions and irregular shapes. Each piece in the collection is handcrafted to enhance its individual characteristics and, as such, differences and flaws may occur.

caring for your jewellery

Looking After Delicate Stones

All stones require care, as many can be heat sensitive. It is therefore strongly advised to keep them away from direct heat and strong chemicals and substances.

To maintain your jewellery it can be cleaned using a soft toothbrush and chemical free soap.

Polki Diamonds

Polki Diamond pieces are foil backed and delicate and therefore require extra care. We do not recommend you bathe or swim in them.

Repairs

If your Sophie Theakston piece is in need of repair please email contact@sophietheakston.com . Please be aware that, depending on the nature of the repair, that it can take up to 8 weeks to mend and return.
